Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the apk888 platform — including its website, mobile application, games, betting markets, live casino, and associated services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Account Registration

Registration on apk888 is free and open to eligible players. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. apk888 relies on the information you provide to perform identity verification, process payments, and provide customer support — inaccurate details create unnecessary delays and may result in account suspension.

One Account Rule: Each individual player may hold only one apk888 account. If apk888 detects that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — all accounts may be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform. This includes accounts registered from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apk888 login credentials. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to pending wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal via your registered payment method. Accounts subject to open investigations, compliance reviews, or unresolved disputes may not be eligible for immediate closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency: apk888 operates with USDT as its primary account currency. PKR equivalent values shown on the platform are indicative only and based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of display. apk888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

apk888 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out below.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Until wagering requirements are met in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.

Betting Rules

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored in connection with your account.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond apk888's reasonable control.
• Errors or delays in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

apk888's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude apk888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which apk888 holds its international gaming authority licence. By accepting these terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process for any claim arising from your use of the apk888 platform.

Before escalating any dispute formally, players are encouraged to contact apk888 customer support via Live Chat. The vast majority of account and payment queries are resolved within 24 hours at this stage. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support engagement, players may escalate to the independent dispute resolution body designated by apk888's licensing authority.

Players located in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Pakistan are subject to ongoing legal development and that it is their personal responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws before engaging in any real-money activity on the apk888 platform.

Amendments to These Terms

apk888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you disagree with any amendment, you may close your account at no penalty before the revised terms come into effect. Balances will be processed for withdrawal in the normal manner upon account closure.
